If you like this design just download the LeftNav.zip. Unzip the files in the same folder where your page is. Open the "html." file in your Text editor ( or Notepad) and in place of -WRITE IN YOUR HOMEPAGE URL-WRITE IN YOUR LINKS PAGE URL-WRITE IN YOUR PRODUCTS PAGE URL- YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS COMES HERE- write in your own page and e-mail addresses. You have to write it in in two places , one time at the very top and the other time at the very bottom of the page. Than select all the text and copy it into your page. Just remember: when you upload your file to your server, make sure you will upload "LeftNav.swf" and "LeftNav.gif" into the same directory!
